Buying from ThemeAdapt
Who processes my payment?
Orders are handled by Paddle.com, our reseller and merchant of record. Paddle takes the payment, applies the right sales tax and sends your receipt.
What exactly am I buying?
A digital product: the template files, their documentation and updates for that item. We publish finished templates only — the catalogue is the product.
How do I receive the files?
A download link arrives by email straight after payment. It works for seven days and up to five downloads; we send a fresh one whenever you need it.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of your purchase, without giving a reason.
What does the licence allow?
Building websites for yourself or your clients, changed as much as you like. Reselling or sharing the original files is not allowed.
How long do updates last?
For as long as the item stays in the catalogue. Every new release of something you own is included.
