When you buy a product from ThemeAdapt — a website template, WordPress or Shopify theme, Next.js template or Figma design kit — you receive a licence to use it. This page explains what that licence lets you do. It applies alongside our Terms & Conditions.

1. What the licence covers

Each purchase gives you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the product to build websites and other end products. Copyright in the original design, code and graphics stays with ThemeAdapt; you own the websites you build with it.

2. What you may do

• Use the product to build a website for yourself or for a client.
• Modify, combine and adapt the product as much as you need for that website.
• Hand the finished website over to your client, who may keep using it.

3. How many end products one purchase covers

For a limited time, every purchase comes with an unlimited licence: one purchase covers as many end products as you like, client work included. When this offer ends, new purchases cover one end product each. Anything you bought while the offer was running keeps the unlimited terms.

4. What you may not do

• Resell or redistribute the original product, or a lightly modified copy of it, as a standalone template, theme or kit.
• Upload the product to another marketplace, template library or file-sharing service.
• Claim the original product as your own work.
• Share the product files with third parties, other than a client receiving the website you built for them.
• Use the product in a way that breaks the law or another party’s rights.

5. Bundles and All Access plans

Every item you receive through a bundle or plan is licensed on the same terms as if you had bought it on its own.

6. Free products

Free products are licensed on the same terms as paid ones, unless their product page or documentation says otherwise.

7. Third-party assets

Some products include fonts, icons, plugins or other assets made by third parties. These stay under their own licences, which are listed in each product’s documentation. Photographs and illustrations shown in live previews are for demonstration only and are not always included in the download.

8. Ending the licence

The licence ends if you break these terms, or if you receive a refund for the product. When it ends, you must stop using the product in new work.
